When you’re selling for an estate or under a power of attorney, there’s paperwork, family and often distance to manage. I keep the process simple and coordinate with the estate’s lawyer.

- Coordinating clean-out, repairs and access if you live away
- Updates for every family member who needs them
Before we list
- We confirm with the lawyer who has authority to sign and when the home can be sold
- We check insurance on the property while it’s vacant
- We talk through selling as-is or with some prep work
I’m not a lawyer, so legal questions about probate or power of attorney go to the estate’s lawyer. I’ll work alongside them.
