Buying a home
Buy with a plan, not a guess.
Buying in the Valley can mean town water or a well, a subdivision or acreage. I’ll help you sort out what matters, then keep every deadline on track.
The process
Six steps to your keys
- Consult. We talk through budget, areas, must-haves and timing.
- Pre-approval. Know your number before you fall for a house.
- Touring homes. I set up showings and point out what the listing photos don’t show.
- Offer and negotiation. Pricing based on recent sales, with conditions that protect you.
- Conditions. Inspection, financing, insurance, plus water and septic testing for rural homes.
- Closing. Lawyer, deposit and final walk-through, then you get the keys.
